2. Information We Collect

• Contact information you submit when requesting a quote: name, email, phone, and project details.
• Design files (SVG, DXF, images) you upload to quote or produce your project.
• Google account data when you sign in with Google OAuth on our admin panel: name, email address, and Google unique identifier. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, or any other Google service.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) logged by our hosting provider for security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to quote requests and communicate about your project, including via WhatsApp if you request it.
• Produce and deliver the products or services you ordered.
• Authenticate authorized users in the admin panel via Google OAuth.
• Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations in Colombia.
• Improve site security and operation.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your data. We share information only with infrastructure providers required to run the site (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Google for authentication) and when required by law. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain quote and customer data for as long as there is an active business relationship, plus any additional period required by Colombian accounting and tax law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

6. Your Rights

Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to access, update, correct, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You can also revoke Google OAuth access from your Google account at any time.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on the admin panel, and storage on Cloudflare infrastructure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
