The client required an 11-meter-long, 2.44-meter-high stage set, with a continuous design that demanded careful alignment at all joints to ensure the figures matched seamlessly. A large-format tree and additional ornamental elements were also incorporated
The client provided the design, modulated into 1.22 m wide sections corresponding to the standard size of plywood sheets. The composition was structured in multiple layers to create greater dynamism and depth within the stage set.
We carefully defined the alignment between components and developed the tree’s part breakdown, optimizing material usage. To ensure structural stability, 18 mm plywood was used.
The figures were CNC-machined with a 1/4-inch end mill, maintaining precise continuity and alignment of the design across all components.
We delivered the entire stage set on schedule, and the client carried out the sanding and painting of the elements
