Dogstar wanted a memorable piece of merchandise that reinforced their musical identity — a functional, gift-worthy product they could produce in small batches without losing the handcrafted feel.
We proposed a cutting board shaped like an electric guitar, adjusted to functional kitchen proportions. The design needed to read as a guitar at a glance while remaining comfortable to use and clean.
We modeled the silhouette in CAD starting from the brand logo. Natural wood was chosen for durability and finish quality, and we set a MOQ of 20 to keep per-piece costs reasonable.
We cut on CNC with ±0.5mm tolerances to ensure piece-to-piece consistency. Each board went through fine sanding and food-safe sealing before packaging.
The first batch shipped on schedule. Dogstar activated them as VIP client gifts and we're already planning a second edition with individualized engraving.
